Macro has been active in the machine tool industry
since 1988. The roots of the business go back to the 1960s.
We have a complete tool and die shop with seven
CNC machines, several manual machines, and support equipment. Our broad
based knowledge of machine tools and manufacturing systems has allowed
us to specialize in turnkey integration. Our "Design and Build"
capability has set us apart from other integrators. We have two in house
graduate engineers with extensive machine tool experience. Capabilities
include mechanical and electrical design, G code and parametric programming,
ladder programming, custom cut tool design, mechanical, hydraulic, and
pneumatic fixture design and build, and robotic interfacing. Additionally,
we have designed, built, and installed machine tool accessories including
high pressure coolant systems, tool setters and checkers, auto doors,
ect.
Our control experience includes Fanuc, Yasnac, and
Mitsubishi. We have written and installed software packages for probing,
tool life management, tool setting and checking, work counters, time/date
decoding, and engraving.
In summary, we can offer the customer a complete
turnkey system or do a simple machine install with training and support.
